Refund Policy
- Non-refundable unless a significant safety defect is identified. Less than 1% of wheels have ever been returned. In case future warranty work is required, we recommend keeping your OEM wheel for such situations.
- Warranties are non-transferable from the original purchaser.
**Mirror Covers: **
- 4-month exchange policy for any warping in the final carbon finish. Fitment is insured, but aftermarket fitment may differ from OEM.
**LED Logos/Sequential Products: **
- 6-month exchange policy for LED malfunctions. Please provide photos of the LED logo, its installation location, and any necessary information for an exchange.
**Large Exterior Carbon Fiber Products (Hoods, Trunks, Fenders, etc.):**
- Damage from installation or heat/sun exposure is not covered. Products are lightly UV coated.
- Due to carbon fibre technology limitations, we cannot guarantee against imperfections or bubbling on handmade items. Re-clearing and ceramic coating can help protect them but won't eliminate these issues.
**In Stock Hoods, Trunks, Fenders:**
- For damages or lost packages, we appreciate your patience while we file an insurance claim. No partial or full refunds will be issued until we receive reimbursement from the insurance company, which may take 2-8 weeks. We highly recommend purchasing Route Package Insurance.
- Inspect and install your item within 5 business days of arrival. Document any damage with photos of the shipping box, packaging, and item. Failure to do so may result in denied claims.
**Refunds and Exchanges:**
- Cancel/refund requests for 'In Stock' items with a tracking number or over $199 will incur a $30-50 restock fee, regardless of shipping status.
- No refunds for sale/discounted items, only exchanges.
- Exchanges require approval from S-motorsports and incur a 30% restock fee. You'll receive 70% of your order total back, and you must cover return shipping and insurance. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged for returns to be approved.

We do not cover damage caused by customer during install or due to Heat/Sun damage. All returns will result in a 30% restocking fee We’re happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days. For eligible returns, items must not be damaged or warped as we cannot re-sell damaged products. Thank you for shopping at S-MOTORSPORTS LLC! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Until we authorize it, you will be given an address to sent it to once we confirm on the return and refund
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
